FIDEP is dedicated to advancing sustainable forest livelihoods, community water management, Integrated Water Management (IWM), climate change adaptation, and universal access to sustainable energy through Result-Oriented Monitoring (ROM).

Using ROM, FIDEP offers technical support for project monitoring, providing an external assessment based on four key criteria:

Relevance: Aligns project objectives with beneficiaries' needs, country priorities, and donor policies.

Efficiency: Assesses how effectively resources are converted into outputs.

Effectiveness: Measures the achievement of project objectives and their importance.

Sustainability: Evaluates the continued benefits of the project beyond major development assistance.

ROM helps project partners identify design issues, enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and foster collaborations at both project and organizational level
